Customer Satisfaction
At Bia’s Apparel, our goal is to ensure that you are delighted with every purchase. You can request a return if the item you received is defective or incorrect. Please inform us via email at contact@biasapparels.pk within 24 hours of receiving your order, stating the reason for the return or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Sale Items
- Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Order Cancellation & Liability
- Bia’s Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for shipment delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control.
Exchanges
- We only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged.
- If you require an exchange for the same item, contact us via email at contact@biasapparel.pk within 72 hours of delivery.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
